SteveM C/IL, nice F2. Does it have a G/M/L right side grain tank fabricated into it?

I don't know the back story. Was this way when I bought it. It took a while before I realized it was extended. Whoever did it did a pretty decent job. I think they did something different with the bin loader elevator side as well. My elevator is inside the bin and I think OEM had it on the outside. Not sure on that one. Had trouble with left side final axle nut coming loose as Mack said would happen when overloaded LOL. After looking at it I think the bin extension is moved to the outside of elevator VS inside of elevator.

I love that old open station E! I would have liked to find an E/K but found my CII just 6 miles down the road instead.

I have 2 sprocket setups for clean grain. The factory speedup for corn and a custom slow down speed for soys. Just swap out driven sprocket on auger and use a longer chain. Do not have a capacity problem

Awesome. So I gotta ask,,,what’s your F2’s grain tank bushel capacity? And how did you overcome its Left final drive nut issue? Thinking about it operating in a loaded grain tank state, it’s right final drive would be more weighted to ground. If that’s true, then that means trans’ differential directed more torque to lighter left final drive?

It seems to be around 100bu less than 18% corn. The finals just have a nut setting bearing clearance. It does not draw against a spacer or anything so the left side tries to turn the nut loose just from direction of rotation and it shears the flimsy pin in the castle nut. Don't remember if it's a cotter or roll pin. Mack said to drill hole out and put a 1/4 inch? roll pin in it. I cleaned it well and used Loctite stud and bearing with a new pin and so far so good. It's been several years. I pulled it apart a couple years ago because it was leaking out the seal and that's what it did when it first sheared and loosened up. Nut was tight on threads so I put it back together. Don't know why it leaked but it quit.
