Battery box has to be removed and then the tractor split apart about 8 inches right there. Hand clutch comes up and out the hole directly underneath the battery box.

how do you get the handclutch housing apart from the transmison

Remove three 1/2" bolts on each side of the torque housing probably covered in dirt/grease. Remove two side frames bolts at the rear of each side frame. Brake pedal rods and springs disconnect. Steering wheel post disconnect from the transmission shift cover. PTO push/pull lever remove. Traction Booster signal linkage remove. Hand clutch clevis pin remove. That's about it I think. Roll the rear end away from the front. Use jacking under the PTO box. Use long redi-bolt thru the side frames ears to keep things under control. Why are you removing the hand clutch ??

have all bolts removed and toque tube still won't come  off  from transmission

Have you got the PTO shaft removed from the tractor ??

PTO shaft is off.  torque moved about 1/4 inch is all

Hand clutch released?? or still locked in ? The bottle jack under the PTO box might have to be raised or lowered just a tick. You might be on a bind.
