Did Allis Chalmers make these weights? Hard to read the numbers, I took them off my WD45.

Yes, we had a set for our D19, I'll see if I can find the part # tomorrow.  We now use them on our 8N Ford.

   Those D10 weights have indentations at the bolt holes that Randy's do not have.

Look on the latest cover of old Allis news the D19 has them on the inside front wheels and one piece weights one the outside

i have split inside weights on my WD-45 that look similar to yours.  Don't know if AC made them or not.  I got them from a guy that had them on a WD-45 also.

Check for a casting number, it should begin with AM-.
Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.
