Questions have been asked about these pieces. I get mine from Hy-Capacity and I,m sure that the Agco kit is similar. Actually, Hy-Capacity may supply the kit to Agco. These kits service all of the 7000 series so there are some pieces that won't be used on every tractor. In the top picture the piece in the middle goes under the air intake tube, the long pieces on the side go onto the side of the radiator, they are cut to fit the contour of the radiator and the side supports, the top pieces in the picture are for the top of the radiator. There are two different top pieces, depending on what model of tractor you have. The thicker one is for the 7000-7010-7020. The second photo shows the rest of the kit.  The pieces in the middle of the picture go in front of the bottom radiator tank. Only one is used. Select the one that is the proper length. Again, this piece goes between the radiator and the black plate that supports the air cleaner assembly. Oil cooler hoses also go up through this gap. The bottom pieces in the picture go onto the side of the air cleaner support plate. The foam blocks go into the lower front corners of the orange grille and the two small strips go between the radiator and the side support brackets. I use 3M weather strip adhesive.

I made some out of memory foam. It caught on fire under the hood of the 7080. That could have been a really, really bad day. I will be checking with HI-CAP for a kit.

No foam kits for the 8000 series that I know of. I am not that far from their facility. I should take them some of the 8000 pieces and see if they could duplicate them.

Sorry, I should have said that an 8000 kit is not available from Hy Capacity. It is available from Agco.

Has anyone tried this foam kit on a 7580?
