Replacing the pins and bushes on the rotor variator sheaves, last time i did this the bushes were a snug fit on the 1inch pins. The bushes i got with the new pins now measure 1,1/16 and are avery sloppy fit ,what gives ,is this a new change for more clearance?. This is a second harvester i bought last year and the first thing i noticed was the slop in the pins, so i thought "that needs fixing". The new ones look the same! Anyone come across this? Mydealer knows nothing , and neither does the top mechanic there.

don't know but snug fit don't sound good. What keeps it from binding? Pond on various variables on my F2 are loose fit new.The load is just on one side of bushings. Would be more concerned about worn pins than loose fit.
