I have a 275 wire tie baler that refuses to twist on one side. Other side does great. If I hand prep the wire and run a Bale thru and force it to tie (again by rolling the flywheel by hand) it will tie perfectly. But use the PTO and it acts like it pulls the wire out of the "finger" holder (one that moves side to side to hold the wire while Bale is forming). Any ideas from Allis land?
Thanks
Adam

Sounds like its out of adjustment some. You should be able to adjust those or you might need new ones. I remember the 320 we have has done that.

If you can't see a noticeable difference (broken/missing parts) between one side and the other, then start checking adjustments to the manual. While you're at it, check/adjust both sides
