If your rail height is good you might find them doing a search for local track shop. smaller independant places . Can try Thill track and Tractor , Eau Clare WI, Northern Tractor Osseo MN, Crawler Welding  Mankato MN, Northern Engine has couple of sites in the US.
Unsure of where you are located . also can try rock and dirt web site for adds for salvage or parts and track shops.

I am located in south western New York state. I don't know of any track shops. I used to get catalogs from people selling crawler parts but they are out of business. I tried unsuccessfully on the internet. I spent a lot of time reading internet hits that were not relevent to crawler chain pins & bushings.

Are you looking for just pins and bushing or full group? If just parts you will still need to find shop with track press . Has to be shops in area somewhere around you that do the work. PA and OH have to be places where dozer parts can be found .

I have never used a track shop. Years ago I did pins and bushings on my HD5. I fabricated a portable press using a hydraulic cylinder and a porta power. I removed the master pin and grousers on portions of the links and replaced the pins and bushings without removing the chain from under the machine. I moved the machine back and forth to accdomplish this. I also did a small International using a modified arbor press. I'm going to purchase a complete set of pins and bushings. I will consider buying used chains. Thanks for the information.

there is a set of chains with idlers and drive sprockets on e-bay. they want about 3200+/-, can not remember the last bid. they were loader grousers that looked in very good condition. if you find a set of pins and bushings, please post where you got them as i have tried all mentioned places and all have said discontinued. good luck

I have had a couple tracks redone but don't quite understand how you did this as you need to separate the track by link to be able to push out the bushing as it is longer than the one section of the links so it's end indexes into the next link. only short bushing is the master bushing and that uses a cup washer on its ends to mantain space. They can push the pins out while removing just one set of track bolts but require the removal of full link to put in new bushings and pins.
IH track also has the same dementions as the AC track used on HD5/HD6
 Site with some specs :

Guys: Has anyone taken a crack a machining their own Pins and Bushings by purchasing the stock and machining them on their  metal lathes.  I know - time consumptive, but thinking in worst case scenario  when nothing is available, or said to be "not available" this could be done over a winter.  Just a thought.

Kind of ironic that rolls and rims are available in NZ but not USA?

Merv - Love the tag line - sure is true!!!

I pushed the pins out of about 6 links beyond the link to have the bushing replaced. I was able to spread the links appart enough to remove the bushing where it enters into the link. In situations where this did not work I cut thru the old pin and bushing to separate the 2 sides of the link.

As the bushings and pins are heat treated and have a Rockwell hardnesss spec it would involve heat threating the parts also .
The inside bore of the link also has to match the bushing for a press fit clearance, then the pin is also a press fit clearance into other end of link

Coke in MN
I agree that there is a tolerence and hardness spec that would be dificult for an individual to produce pins and bushings. If there was enough volume perhaps some CNC shop could do it. It would have to be more than the one set that I'm looking for.

Thee are tracks out there somewhere , its just a matter of finding them . Places like Thill Track and Tractor may have a lead and even though they are in Eau Clare WI, they may find a set in your back yard through their contacts and locator system.
If the HI tracks will fit but pads won't there may be a set of used or new IH tracks setting around also.  I had Northern Tractor in Osseo MN find a set of pins and bushings somewhere to put in my HD4 rails . They also had a set of HD6 track I bought for my HD5G project I sold .
for a small shop to make up the parts would be above the cost one would be willing to pay I believe . It might be cheaper to have them shipped from NZ but then if they are in NZ they must be here in the US also, someone has them.

Our track shops in New Zealand import from the manufacturers in Europe. It cannot be too difficult for suppliers in the US to do the same

BER$CO is the largest prodcer of name bran replacements , which is Italian , the sites I looked up also had links to China for replacement but they may be just for the late machines .
The Berco rep I talked to for the area here was like talking to a moron. I had found a set of track at Eldron Equip in WI that he had bought at a auction I took the numbers and sizes and wanted to see what they matched to but the rep would not tell me what they were for or what the specs were on the track I wanted ..

Sadly Coke, those morons are everywhere these days. The manager of the track shop I use (same one Merv made enquiries with) prints off any track specs we want. He has specs for all AC stuff. Maybe I could find out his European contacts. I think he once told me Berco would not do small orders. They set a minimum quantity each of his orders had to be
