I’m having a hard time on this one, so I figured I’d tap the wealth of knowledge here. I’ve got a jinma or nortac 254 I’m trying to replace 2nd gear in. I’ve got it split and got down to the shaft second gear rides on, but I cant get the shaft out. I’ve looked over the parts diagram several times, and can’t see what’s holding it up. Besides maybe pressed on bearings? I’ve taken all the snap rings I can find on the diagram loose. Just wondering if anybody has any information on it, or if there’s some sort of little truck I’m missing. Thanks in advance.

I don't know nothing about what you are doing, but if it was in second gear when you stated would that make a difference?

When I was way younger, I bought one of these, It was the biggest POS that the chinese ever exported to the US.  Add 30 years, and one chinese kung flu virus, and I say, its still a close call, as to which is worse....   Good luck, none the lessWink
