Are the carburetors for the C and CA identical?
1940 B "Lucy"
1941 B w/ Woods L59 "Flavia"
1942 B w/ finish mower "Dick"
1941 C w/ 3-point "Maggie"
1947 C SFW w/ L306 "Trixie"

B-C-CA carbs will interchange whether Zenith or Marvell-Schebler brand. Leon

The B/C Zenith carbs were in the same family, but when it came to the CA, they had a different carb on them because of the higher rpm range they worked in. They will all interchange, but the CA carb on a B or C might be a tick on the fat side for the fuel ratio because of the different jetting...

Assuming all models have been upgraded. If you have a low compression 3 1/4" piston engine the carburetor from a CA might not start well with the larger venturi.

I got a 49 b to restore and the carb was bad. It did't have a venture.Got one off a C A and bolt holes was wider about one fourth inch .Filed it out to fit .Cranks real good but wants to surg when not pulling a load.

Not sure with the zenith, but the Marvel Schebler is TSX154 for b/c/ca. Tractors came with both Zenith and M-S depending on what the factory had on hand at the time.
