Will a cab door from an "early" 7060 (maroon belly) fit a 7045?

Yes. The latches are different on the inside but it will work.

In the parts books they show different part numbers for maroon belly and black belly (>6001 s/n). The difference may just be the handle and latch on the inside. I think they would still interchange though.

No problem. I usually like a few opinions too. I have a black belly 7080 door that I would get rid of. Good glass typical rust on the bottom. I'm in SWOH.
