Hi
My hi range piston and separator plate are scored. Can the piston be resurfaced?
Any comments are appreciated.

The piston should be ok cause a it lays again a hold plate. The separator plate should be replaced if it is warped.                      MACK

Thanks Mack. So the matting surfaces of the piston and separator plate don’t need to be smooth? I guess it is different than a clutch to flywheel arrangement.
