Any ideas what I can check, it's not working.All linkages are hooked up.

Hooked up is one thing.  froze up is another.  I don't know exactly how they are supposed to work, but on my 10 and 12, there are some linkages under the valve bank, beside the right fender, that when jiggled vigorously, while cursing loudly, seem to have the desired effect of getting them to work...Wink

The valve body on the load linkage gets stuck. It moves up and down with the load as it senses the position of the linkage. I have had to grab the end of the shaft and move it back and forth to get it to work.

I will have to look at my 3 when I get home to see how that is set up
