Hooked up is one thing. froze up is another. I don't know exactly how they are supposed to work, but on my 10 and 12, there are some linkages under the valve bank, beside the right fender, that when jiggled vigorously, while cursing loudly, seem to have the desired effect of getting them to work... ------------- Source: Babylon Bee. The valve body on the load linkage gets stuck. It moves up and down with the load as it senses the position of the linkage.
