Hey guys. Got a little bit of a different topic for yuns today. I noticed on the most recent 190XT we got that the manifold was funny looking and the turbo was right in the middle. Today we took the hood off and found this. I checked the engine tag and it is a D2800 N/A engine. Some previous owner must have swapped engines and then added the turbo. Now the real delimma is wether to buy a turbo manifold and fix it up with an air-to-oil cooler mounted behind the grill or not. It’s been running like this for untelling how many years.

Agree with Mack, however that feed line touching the manifold needs to be re routed. Also there are after market small coolers that the drain oil can be returned thru - that is where the heat gets into the oil. The return just can't be restricted.
