Is anyone making the bolt on cutting edges for the SC blade? I am in need of one. I will also need the edges for the extensions too. Thanks in advance.

If I am not mistaken I read before that Cat makes one that fits? Hopefully someone else will chime in. Ryan

I bought one from Cat a few years ago. I forget the number now but at the time it was only around $60. The top lip on it was maybe 1/4" too tall as it didn't quite roll in tight to the blade. If you search the forums for my screen name and snap coupler blade, you should be able to find the discussion and pictures I posted.

Yes there has been discussions on this topic in the past. Seems that Cat makes a cutting edge that will work and someone mentioned there is a lighter cutting edge they make that works and is less expensive. A few years ago, I bought the cutting edge from Cat and had to cut it down off each end to 18" for the extensions. 3 out of 4 holes matched up and could be used. Still have a chunk of the edge from the center left. Don't know what I'll ever do with it, but it's a nice piece of iron.

Found an old receipt for the cutting edge I used for the extensions. Part #8D-2786.

Here is a prior discussion on the cutting edge. Part #7T-1633H was the lower priced cutting edge. http://www.allischalmers.com/forum/rear-mounted-blade-replacement-cutting-edge_topic115463_post934958.html?KW=cutting+edge#934958
