I also have this part number that isn’t in my book.
507521 has bushing in the envelope about 3/4”od.X7/16ld.X1-1/2L.
Maybe someone has this number in one of your books.

Top one looks like mounting bracket for a corn cultivator shank, maybe too small thou.
1945 C, 1949 WF and WD, 1981 185, 1982 8030, unknown D14(nonrunner)

Top are cultivator tool shank clamps(G or similar)

Lower are spacer for sway chains, marker lift chains on lift latches

Smaller drill planters and rear attachments

The B/C pickup plow has a mount for the coulter that looks like that. What is the size of the rail it goes up against? The B  (60 series) cultivators also used something like that. 
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
