We pull an 11 shank 3pt chisel (IH model) with our 8010. It pulls it well, depending upon conditions.

An Allis Min-Til 9 shank is all my 7050 can handle if I put it in as deep as it will go in our ground. In fact without a lot of additional weight it won't pull it all the way in, but the 190XT pulls an old Krause 9 shank as deep as it will go all day long in 5th gear.

Are you looking for a disc chisel or just a pull type chisel plow? If your looking at disc chisel, I’d say 5 shank, and maybe 7. Drawn chisel plow, 7 shanks would probably work good. They work best going fast.
