Yes same engine but the driveline will not hold up for that many horsepower! I would advise taking turbo off and setting pump and injectors to 650 series specs! Driveline parts are starting to be hard to find!

AC 2200 engine used in that series of machine was what i thought was used - was talking with a mechanic who did some work on that and said same engine was used in cotton pickers but with turbo and could be boosted to 85 HP or so .
Question is the rest of machine from clutch-pack to single reduction finals are not made for that power .
If you want a 70 HP or higher machine look for something made for the job
After having a HD4 and doing work on both rear cases , replacing gears, replacing axles, having cases machined after outboard axle bearings failed and ate into case webbing - the machines are industrial machines - NOT construction or excavation grade machines  - the HD4 went down the road running as I got tired or repairing it , kept my HD5G , in fact the HD5B lasted a couple more years until replaced with a FIAT/ALLIS FD5 - 70+ HP machine with 6 way blade
Life lesson: If you’re being chased by a lion, you’re on a horse, to the left of you is a giraffe and on the right is a unicorn, what do you do? You stop drinking and get off the carousel.
