Ok so I was priceing out new pinion bearing at the dealer and was told that the bearings were 400.00 for the two of them.
My question is there a cheaper route and does any one have part numbers for a cheaper route.

O I forgot this is a two spider diff

Get the name and number off the old ones and go to IBT or another bearing supplier may be able to get the same without a 500% markup , worth a try

The bearings are rusted from siting with out oil and one is bad

YOU CAN GET THESE BEARINGS FROM NAPA.

THESE ARE FOR THE CARRIER BEARINGS (SUPPORT THE RING GEAR)

AC #211169        NAPA # 387AVP   $17.87
OR
AC#244167         NAPA# BR45291   $39.16

THESES ARE THE PINION SHAFT BEARINGS:

AC #223308        NAPA #  BR3780     $26.92                                                              

IF YOU GO TO AGCOPARTSBOOK.COM YOU CAN FIND YOUR PART NUMBER AND I CAN TRY TO CROSS IT OR IF YOU  CAN SEE THE NUMBERS ON THE OLD ONES YOU CAN TRY THOSES NUMBERS.

We are working on getting it apart. sofar it's slow not much spare time but we're getting it apart.
