Thats kind of like the 1965 C I saw on craigslist earlier today with a bad engine for only 1200, but seeing how it is sooooooo rare being a 65 it may have been worth it, Ha

I expect it is the same thing as ours.  The family always considered it a 49.  It was bought in 49 still have the bill of sale somewhere.  Sooo they either built them in 49 or continued to clear out stock.

Like my 75 Norton MK3  cycle was made in 75 , imported to Canada but bought in a lot of 125 bikes in 76 and brought to the US. Titled as a 76  but when I tells someone its a 76 who knows cycles the correct me as all after 75 are considered old stock
Life lesson: If you’re being chased by a lion, you’re on a horse, to the left of you is a giraffe and on the right is a unicorn, what do you do? You stop drinking and get off the carousel.
