| I expect it is the same thing as ours. The family always considered it a 49. It was bought in 49 still have the bill of sale somewhere. Sooo they either built them in 49 or continued to clear out stock. |

Like my 75 Norton MK3 cycle was made in 75 , imported to Canada but bought in a lot of 125 bikes in 76 and brought to the US.
