Dumb question , does the cover have a pin in the upper left corner , i,ve adjusted many just got lucky and never had to get inside , got the bolts out , used a chisel to get it started , pried about a half inch and it wont budge any more , looks like a pin or something welded to the cover , bout 10 lbs of dirt etc fell out , the problem is when you step on the right brake it locks up , it unlocks but theres no slight braking , just lock up

The pin is probably rusted to the cover. It is a slip fit into the cover and the housing. I had the same problem with my brakes locking up several years ago. Dr. Allis said to take them apart, lube the balls with high-temp grease, and replace all springs. I thought the springs looked OK, so I didn't replace them. The next spring it was locking up again. I replaced the springs this time, and regreased the balls. The following spring, it was locking up again. I have found that if I drag the brakes while slowly backing up, It solves the problem until the tractor sits again for a long period.

I just wish someone would make the discs aftermarket... 7000 uses the same ones and only AGCO offers them ($$$$)...
