We have been over at Rileys Childrens hospital for 2 days. He is 2 months old tomorrow and has RSV.

Don't worry, many children have RSV at that early age, My daughter had it too, the kids are strong and will come out of it! Prayers already headed that way!

Respiratory syncytial (sin-SISH-uhl) virus, or RSV, is a respiratory virus that infects the lungs and breathing passages. Most otherwise healthy people recover from RSV infection in 1 to 2 weeks. However, infection can be severe in some people, such as certain infants, young children, and older adults. In fact, RSV is the most common cause of bronchiolitis (inflammation of the small airways in the lung) and pneumonia in children under 1 year of age in the United States. In addition, RSV is more often being recognized as an important cause of respiratory illness in older adults

Will do IG. My first daughter, if I remember right, had that. It's scary but in the hospital he should be ok and get better soon. It's a terrible feeling watching them fight for every breath.
I don't know if I'll ever stop worrying about my kids especially when they don't feel well. Your post reminds me that just about the time I think I'll be able to stop worrying so much about mine I'll have grandkids to worry about!

IG - We'll pray for your grandson & your family. We also had 2 kids at once with that problem. Breathing treatments every few hours & arbuterohl is what my wife is speaking of from memory while she is in the kitchen as I type this. It can be very dangerous. Serious thing if left untreated. GOD BLESS.
