We had some tires swapped on a 1969 One-Eighty with the optional 18.4 x 28 rear wheels, and the rims measure 16 inches in width. P/n is 70253174 and this rim is used from series 4  D-17's thru 185's. The standard rim is 70252439 and would measure 13 inches, as I have a pair of those from a friends D-17 IV on my WD45.

I have 13” rims on my WD45 and 14.9 by 28 Firestone tires. Works well. Thought I would go 1” bigger when I replaced the original rusted ones. On these new rims the original locks don’t fit properly. Can only get one lock on. I think I will drill extra hole to accommodate two.
