I got two lights from Tiger lighting for my 8030 my plan is to do the two inner headlights. The issue is the tractor has two blues and a black the light has a black and red. I assume black goes to black but what about the two blues.

Use a test light to figure out which of the wires is hot, on tht 8030 2 front lights come on in the 3rd position on the switch(night, highway). No front or rear lights in the second poisiton(day highway),  forth postion, all field lights are on, no flashers. With a test light, ground to the battery and see which wire is hot at what position on the switch, wire your light into that one.

"Drivers side" had one blue one black so simple "passenger side" had two blue and a black but after I pulled the connectors both blues went to one terminal on the light itself.   In the end other than working on a ladder with torn hip tissue it ended up a simple project.
