My Dad said he traded it 1984 or 85 at Homier and Sons in Continental Ohio. Wondered if anybody knows where its at? Its a 1958 diesel Serial #9643D.

It would help if you knew the serial number of the tractor or any "key" features that it had.

Otherwise anybody could tell you that they have it?

We found the serial number dad had it written in the I&T manual. The number is 9643D!

1958 D-17 Diesel with wide front; the front end could easily have been changed to narrow front end. Herb(GA)

Unless someone here owns it, and the odds are slim, you'll be chasing a needle in a haystack. You still find D17s out there in working condition, but I suspect it's a small percentage of those that were sold.

Got any number stampsConfused?  There's a couple of fellows in Ga somewhere that have been know to produce tractors with any serial number that you'd likeWink. Only problem they can't get the number right side upLOL.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.

I called Homier's and the oldest record of a D17 they had was '94, so a no go there. I will post on some other sites as well, thanks!

Maybe place a add in the papers around the dealership where it was last sold. My bet its still within 100 miles of there, setting in a barn or still doing work.
