My Dad said he traded it 1984 or 85 at Homier and Sons in Continental Ohio. Wondered if anybody knows where its at? Its a 1958 diesel Serial #9643D.
Thank you.

It would help if you knew the serial number of the tractor or any "key" features that it had.
Otherwise anybody could tell you that they have it?

1958 D-17 Diesel with wide front; the front end could easily have been changed to narrow front end. Herb(GA)

Have you called Homier to see if they have any records?

Unless someone here owns it, and the odds are slim, you'll be chasing a needle in a haystack. You still find D17s out there in working condition, but I suspect it's a small percentage of those that were sold.

Maybe place a add in the papers around the dealership where it was last sold. My bet its still within 100 miles of there, setting in a barn or still doing work. Good luck! Chris

Refresh my memory, where's the SN located on the D series. Is it on the bell housing like the 100 series ?
