About to install pan gaskets for the SECOND TIME IN A MONTH.  After careful review of this site I think the failure of the first set I put in was apparently because I cut the end gaskets because they look just too darned long to me the first time, and I didn't install the L gaskets.

My question now is my new set of gaskets that Sandy Lake Imp sent me are of the A&I variety.  There are two sets of end gaskets included, one set is about 1/16" narrower and 1/4" shorter.  Which one am I supposed to use?

Never used one from A&I but I would use the longer and widest.  MACK

Are you talking about the rear main seal?  The thicker grey ones are what you use, leave out the white ones.

Take some pictures if that isn't what you are asking?
