On one of the Facebook AC pages the question came up about did any D14's come with factory 3 point. I don't think they did. One guy said his neighbor has one his dad bought new and it has factory 3 point.

D-14's never came with an optional 3-point hitch and the AGCO parts website agrees with that. Many people think a D-14 is a D-15 and vice-versa. D-15's always did have it as an option.

Dr. Allis I agree. What year did the 3 point come out on any AC?

I'd have to research this a bit, but I'd imagine the D-10/D-12 probably got it at the same time in 1960 or maybe just before the D-15 ??

If they put it on the D10 and D12 in 60 I wonder if maybe they sent a few out on some D14's as experimentals? Of course we have no way of knowing.

D-10 Series III 1965 I believe was the first D-10 with 3 point.

Everything from the D15 3pt with fit onto a D14 , so there may be a few d14s out there with D15 parts on them. Of course as poorly as they were designed, they will be all broke up and rewelded in many places as well as stripped threads (or enlarged bolts) into the bottom of the housings.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.

I had a 1960 D10 similar looking to this one that had a factory 3-point.  I also had a 1962 D15 with a factory 3-point.

From my notes the D-10 and D-12 Series II were the first to offer 3 pt.

That along with Live Hydraulic, Live PtO, starting 1961.

I have a 1961 D10 with factory 3 point, live hydraulics and PTO.   It was probably one of the first to have all this.   Also has the 149 engine.   Which surprised me.
