What is the best way to remove the toolbox on a CA? Do I need to pull the steering wheel off and slide it back? Not sure what to do here. I want to take it off so I can sand and paint it. Thanks.

bshook, you have to remove the steering wheel, remove the clamp on steering tube, inside the tool box at steering gear loosen clamp on steering tube, get battery and battery box out of the way, of course gas tank must be off. Tim

Thanks Tim. I have already taken off everything but the steering wheel. It looked like that was the only way, but I wasn't sure. Again, thanks for the help.
