CA 2 Bottom Plow Repair Question

I could probably get by with this as is, but how would you recommend repairing this plow lift arm attachment rod?  Turned and sleeved?  Weld filled and turned/ground?  As-is?  Other?  I still need to remove that rusted pin, else some cotter keys and washers on each side of the lift arm bracket.  The bracket that slides on the end is in great shape.  It was on its side with this rod in the ground for 30+ years.

You should come and buy my plow for $100, pin hitch, 2-12, always shedded and in very good shape. 63369 is the zip east central MO. pm me your # and I can send you some pics

grind it to good metal, then weld up with 7018 rod as needed.. turn on the lathe or  round off with a body grinder to approx size..
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
