Hey guys, Phil again. I have tried everything that was mentioned for me to try, heat, beating, penetrating fluid, and now have the puller on it as tight as i can get it. I checked to make sure it didnt have another set screw and it didnt. I dont know what to do.  Any thoughts appreciated.    Phil

I was able to get a brand new (aftermarket) one for my D14 around 5 years ago for $75.  If not, I am sure some of the vendors here could help you out.
