Are they just D17 hubs on a 15 front end or has anyone noticed anything else different from a six lug front to five lug. Didn't know if they made them with an extra support or anything for strength.
Can't fix stupid

Just to ad this since they are a D series.
The early d21's have 6 bolt hubs instead of 8 bolt.

Another interesting hub senario. We have acorrding to the parts book the first UC to have 5 bolt hubs or 6. I cant remember which just found it neat.

This was put to bed years ago, it might help you guys out, the D15II, D17VI tractors at a ser # might be ordered with the 5 or 6 bolt hubs just like wide, narrow fronts, lift hitch, spin-out rear wheels, lights, PD or tripe of tires,on and on down a list and it was just one of a long list of things your dealer put on the order list at the time tractor was ordered. So you might see a 5 bolt hub on a tractor built after that ser# if a tractor built  with a 6 bolt hub.
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.
