I need to adjust the valves on my repowered 170 but I don't have a manual for this engine. Think it came out of an F2. Can anyone tell me what they should be set at?

Ok don't know how to rotate pic from my phone.

Now that is how the 170/175 should have been built from the start! Sad that they could buy an outside sourced engine more cost effective than their own engine! Though the 2200(200 cid)wasn't made popular until they revised it for the 6000 series.

Thanks DrAllis.

peterson. Tractor was a gas. We used a 190 fly wheel and clutch. Fabricated an adapter of 1 3/8 in. to space engine out for the longer input shaft and had an adapter made for the front HYD pump drive. And the rest was just intake and radiator plumbing.
