Any suggestions on where to get plow parts for it? Mainly the shares. Needs a lot of work, came with my D17. Will get some pictures next week.

Are they "Bullet-Blade" or blacksmith (fitted) type shares? What bottom series do you have? I have some select parts left for the #124 bottoms on my plows and fewer for the #325. Without knowing what bottoms you have it's impossible to know what parts you need. Years ago I wholesaled most all of my plow parts to Dennis in southern IL.

A manual would be great and I have no idea what model I have. I need to pick it up next week as I have left it for 2 months at the previous owners place after I picked up the D17. Kinda forgot about it until recently. It’s not in the best shape and I guess that’s why I wasn’t so anxious to get it.

The early model 50 rollover plows are a model 54; series 50, 4 bottoms. A 53 is a 50 series 3 bottom, a 52 is a 50 series 2 bottom, ect. There is a thread in the knowledge section describing how to identify plows.

I think everything can be freed up with some hard work. Not sure what I am going to do at this point. Either the scrapyard or maybe just a conversation piece. It was free so I really have nothing in it at this point. Early model so I’m sure plow parts are none existent.

Yes: You have a #54 rollover plow. Just a guess at this point, you have #124 bottoms as That was a popular bottom series for eastern clay. Are the shin and moldboard cast pieces? As it has a separate shin, it can't be a #325. Remove a part and find a part number and the bottom series can be verified.

315498 shows up in the parts book as a short (9") landslide plate for a #124 bottom. Looks like my guess was correct. The #124 bottom is popular here in the east so you may be able to find other plows for the parts. The B&C plows used that bottom a lot around here. The LH parts are going to be the hard ones to find. I had to get 4 different B&C plows for the bottom parts to get cast moldboards on my #54 CA Rollover plow for my

There is a guy in Canada, ed Barrington (sp?) He has tons of obsolete plow parts. There is also a guy for bought the die works from balsters. Can't remember his name but it is some variation of " plow"
