What are the dipsticks on the left and right of the shift linkage for? The one on the right is over full and the one on the left doesn't show on stick. Thanks in advance.

based on the oil levels, it sounds like the shaft seals between the torque tube and transmission need replacing.

Would you add some hydraulic fluid and see what happens? Will it hurt the transmission to run it over full? Is that something you can fix from the outside or is it internal?

Thats the 190 you got recently? Have you ran it much so far? I would fill the hydraulic oil and if it isn't to far over full in the trans run it awhile, if its way over drain a little out to get it close to the full mark and see what happens.

The tractor needs to be split at the transmission/torque tube to replace the seals on the input shaft and PTO. It will not hurt to have the tranny overfull, but the bigger fear is running your hydraulic system low or out of oil. |

While changing fluid on a 200 which has the same dipstick setup, I got 1 side overfull, while the other wasn't full yet. Using one of those hand fluid pumps, I was able to pump from the overfull side to the underfull side directly. Saved having to pull the drain plug on the overfull side, which is always a mess.

Use it in hi side of PD to test it out. If it transfer oil, you will need to replace the cast housing that the PD sets in along with piston ring seals. Replace PTO seals while it is split. MACK
