Dragged home this Unstyled WC over the weekend.  Has a clutch belt pulley assembly like I've never seen. Was this aftermarket or something extra cost Allis sold?

I believe it's aftermarket, but I could be wrong. I have one that is very similar to yours.

Aftermarket.  I have a similar one on mine.  I've seen a few at shows.  Must have been a moderately popular item.
