Is anyone familiar with the change that occurred to the steering cylinder to knuckle attachment on the 8000 series. It says after 2893 on the 8070 FWA.

What I mean to ask I was there a Change to the knuckle specifically.

The original design was a ball socket in the end of the steer cylinder rod and a hard bolt with bushing to connect it to the RF final drive ear.  The change was to two ears on the final drive with the steer rod ball socket in-between the ears. Much stronger and more reliable. Page 332 on AGCOPARTSBOOKS.com. Item #17 is old style and item #20 is the newer design. The newer two-ear knuckle isn't shown in any picture.
