That's the same mag I have on my 35 now, it had been converted to a distributor years ago but that was junk when I got her out of the woods. Nice oil filter,  I'd bet the filter hasn't been changed in a few yearsSmile

Charlie,
FYI, I've done a few RV4 Mag's over the years for my customer's, and one of them the customer mentioned the Tractor was a 1935 WC. Not sure what years the other ones I've done were off of but they to were off WC's and one WF....

Here's my rather ugly but great-running '41 that I didn't need but couldn't pass up at an auction. Still trying to decide what I want to do with it.

That's just the way I like tractors. In their original "ugly" ;) state. Gives them personality in my opinion. I work with my neighbor on her old farm and she's getting up in age and I use her farmall H. Love it. Would love to see her get an old orange but the big red sure does the job well!

Charlie, my WC is a 1936; serial #14981.  Here are a few pictures of the mag, somebody the other day wanted to see a manifold, and I've included a picture of the front wheel.  It's only a 5-bolt wheel which I'm sure was added after the original steel wheels were replaced (somebody ended up stealing the steel wheelsOuch).

Another shot

It is a Fairbanks-Morse magneto model RV-4B

Hey i was just wondering, is the 5 bolts on every wc wd?  I keep seeing 4 bolts only.  I'm looking to upgrade my 5020 which has small turf tires.  Lawn tractor like, i would like some tires like the ones in my profile picture (which is not my tractor and all credit is to the owner)  My 5020 has a 5 bolts like in your picture.

Yea sir! Big red! Broaden your horizons mate. Farmall is a good hard working tractor too. But Allis is always top. Cheers.

AC5020, I own an M and I've owned an H too. A lot of descriptions come to mind for an H but "big" would not be one I'd have thought of. Never the less if it's an old tractor they're usually fun to run.

Allis5020,
At one time I believe there may have been some six-bolt front hubs for the WC.  Not sure of the year/timeframe.  Someone else on here I'll bet knows for sure.
