  I can't find a listing for governor weights and pins for a D-15 Gas/ 621 forklift.
Where can I find them?

The distributer governor for a B/C/CA will be the same as well as one for the D10/12/14.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
