I am about to rebuild my 6080 motor with just an in frame kit.

Question is.........who makes a good dependable after market rebuild kit?

I doubt I could afford one from Agco.

Are the rebuild kits from A & I any good?

Thanks,
George

Sure, give me a price on one.

Would like a kit that has liners and pistons, main and rod bearings and gasket set.

Have not gotten far enough into the tear down to see if standard or oversize bearings yet.

Need to get the head looked at also to see that it is not cracked or warped.

We priced an agco kit for the F2 from minpar last year for $900. It was all agco parts. Should be the same kit. Not to tell you what to do and I don't know the hours but I would pull the engine and put cam bearings and main seals in while your at it. Good luck
