My 200 headlights have me feeling not so sexy. But I think I have it figured out. The LH bulb is a single and the RH bulb is a double filament GE4440X.
There is a black and a red wire coming out of the cab into the fixture. There is a white ground wire on the sidewall of the fixture to a post of the light. Question is, should the White go to the post that is over/under the two that are on each side of center? It looks to me like the past owner rewired things a little. Now they only work in the field position.
