There is a fellow on eBay that is advertising a Front Wheel Oil Seal for an Allis-Chalmers Model G. Here is the link.
There is a picture of a seal in this eBay auction that depicts a seal and it has "CR 11907" printed on the seal. Anyone know if a Chicago Rawhide CR11907 seal really is a suitable replacement for part 800445 (Allis-Chalmers Model G Front Hub Seal). Scott |

I can tell you that the original OEM seals that Allis used had three lips on the outer surface of the seal and the inner was a press fit to the spindle. These may fit when pressed into the front hub if the spindle is smooth enough not to eat up the seal rubber.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

Hey Scott, it will work, as will a National #473205. Since no one is making the original style seal at this time (made in reverse with the felt seal riding against the hub) this seal works pretty good. I have them one one of mine now. Since they have to be installed in the hub instead of fitting the spindle shaft, it make installing a bit of a pain, but it's not like you're gonna do it every week!

Joe (and everybody), I have a couple of NOS Front Hub Seals (Part # 800445) that I got on eBay years ago. These are not the same construction as the original seals that came with the tractor. They are a National 200935-XB which I can find no mention of on the Interweb. Scott ![]() ![]() ![]() Edited by Scott(GA) - 11 Jan 2017 at 2:23pm |

I've seen those, and the ones with felt instead of the rubber
