When at idle the 1800 rpm high pressure light comes on and the hydraulic cooler line vibrates, and after a few minute the Hydro oil will come out of the rear fill cap. If you raise the thottle light goes out and there isn't any problem. Any help would be great.

With hot oil the 1800 light will probably be on when below 1800 rpm....that's what is supposed to do. Over 1800 rpm the light should be off. I have no idea what your problem is with oil coming out of the fill cap on the rearend. Did you just buy this tractor??

Take the top sight glass out and let the over filled oil run out. Then remove both sight glasses out and clean them so you can see when it is full.

The 1800 light could stay on above 1800 by the tack because the pulleys wear causing the alt. to run faster causing the tack to show more RPMs than it is actualy running.    MACK

I have heard that some generic hytran oils don't mix well with others causing foaming...but i have no idea if that is factual....

Purchased tractor in May with a bad motor. Had not been used for ten years, grandson got it free and put in the field, about 50 hours later the engine started blowing alot of smoke from the valve cover vent. Replaced #1 piston "hole in it" from a bad injector, rebuilt all injectors,, check all rod bearings, rebuilt head. The tractor runs strong. He said not to idle it all the way down and I shouldnt have any problems with light coming on.
The tach doesnt work.
The oil is just below high mark on dipstick under seat, I will check the sight glass.
Why would the hydrualic line leading to the radiator vibrate when it was at idle? I had only ran tractor for 5 miles on road, the oil should not have been thay hot, when I idled it down it sounds like a bypass valve.
Also remotes are quick one way and slow the other.

Regarding the remotes - the hyd cables are not adjusted properly if they work better with the lever pushed one way but not the other. Adjust the jam nuts on one or both of the cable ends, or get a new cable(s) if they are getting hard (sticky) to push.

Re: vibrating hyd line - could the system have air leaking in? Which might explain the oil coming out of the fill cap?

Just a thought, are all the line clamps tight and the insulators in place?
