I'm looking for part 0234574-1.

It's the 'sensing rod' that connects the bell crank to the 3pt lower arm on the right side of the tractor.

With your draft arms let down to "level", grab a hold of them and see if they can move forward/backwards by pushing/pulling on them by hand. There should be basically zero movement. If there is, the torsion bar hex ends, left mounting bracket and bushings are worn out. That link rod is what sends the draft signal to the "Traction Booster" system to  transfer weight when plowing with a mounted plow.  The TB system is useless if things are worn out.

I do have a 3pt conversion for a snap coupler and I think it is tight I'll check that.

11, 19, 20 in this pic? Is there any hope on 11 and 19? How warn is too warn? Anyway to repair them without CNC?

With a milling machine and a indexer sure. I know a man that had thise parts repaired. I dont know what welding on the torsion shaft would do to the temper of it. It might take the spring out of it
