1959 Allis Chalmers D14

$3,000

1959 Allis Chalmers D14 Factory power steering, wide front end, 3pt hitch. Adjustable rims. Purchased new tires a few years ago, still in great shape. Put on brand new radiator about four years ago. New carburator. New steering wheel. Rear tires have fluid in them. Does not jump out of gear. High /low range works good. Good running engine. Sheet metal in great shape. Be a great show tractor. Was going to restore but do not have time. What's wrong with it? Needs gas tank cleaned out. Right hand brakes should be replaced. Starter bendix sticks occasionally.

By the looks of the original paint, I would say it is a 1957 or 58. I'll bet it was (or maybe still is) a 6 volt battery, correct ?? It appears to be a nice one to restore with a WF and PS to boot !!

telltale for starter, is IF it has a band near the end , it's a 6 volt tractor
no band, 12 volt starter.
FWIW ring gears are different too....
