190xt injection line seals

   Did an overhaul on the engine including injection pump and injectors for my 190xt 2 winters ago. The kit came with white plastic washers for the banjo bolts on the injection pump and some have always leaked, but the leak is getting worse. Bolts were torqued to spec upon install and have been tightened up as far as I feel comfortable since trying to get them to seal. I went to the dealer and they had aluminum washers with a smaller plastic washer inside as replacements at a cool $20 per washer. Needing 12 of them bad boys was going to cost a pretty ridiculous amount. The parts guy pointed me to a Deere dealer with what looks like a black oxide washer for $0.13 a piece. That was cheap enough for me to go ahead and buy and see. It has been way too cold for me to get them installed yet. Do you guys have the answer on this? Are the 2 piece, $20 washers the answer for a good seal? I was expecting copper, but no one offered that.

	black Deere one are what you want. Everything clean of course. Book say 35 ft lb IIRC. It's a scary pull and some impossible to get a torque wrench on. I do by hand and get em tight as Doc says.

	Thanks guys. Good to hear I ended up with the right ones then. And the cheap ones for a change! Definitely didn't tell the Deere guy what I was working on.... just in case.
