7000 throttle shaft seals?

Hello, and Merry Christmas. I’m trying to replace the injection pump throttle/fuel cutoff shaft seals on my 7000. Fuel is leaking pretty steady when running. My shop manual doesn’t show or explain. Can someone tell me the trick to removing the shaft? Trying to fix on the tractor. Thanks very much as always.

Pretty sure it takes the same procedure as on a 190/200 tractor. The throttle shaft itself can't come out of a pump installed on the engine (hits the engine block) without removing the Allen head bolt and spring in the center of the throttle shaft. It is SLOW tedious work with a (possibly) shortened Allen wrench.
