18.4-28 tires and rims

   I have a nice set of rims, don’t seem to have any rust but the rubber is shot. Has Goodyear 18.4-28 rubber. Will get pictures soon.
Don’t have a use for them anymore.
Would like $600-$700 for the pair or best offer.
