There is no factory provided "adjustment". One may re-work the shift rail detent location to allow it to shift (say .100") deeper into engagement. Also increase the shift rail detent ball spring pressure. Typically, the jump out occurs going down a hill while coasting, not under a pull. It is what it is. Could also be a broken fork, but not likely.
